PUBLIC COMMENT REMINDER – Citizen’s opportunity to address the AMU Board of Trustees on items not on the Agenda: This agenda item is set aside for comments from the public on topics of AMU business other than those listed on the agenda. Please understand that the Board of Trustees will not act on your comments at this meeting in accordance with Iowa’s Open Meeting Law. The AMU Board of Trustees welcomes comments from the public. However, this is not a “Q & A session.” Rather, it is an opportunity for members of the public to be heard by the entire AMU Board of Trustees. Customers and other citizens may always contact management with questions or concerns during regular business hours. At no time is it appropriate to use profane, obscene, or slanderous language. The AMU Board of Trustees Chairperson may limit each speaker to five minutes.
